Maternal and Child Health
  • Organic Baby Food and Baby and Toddler Essentials such as convertible car seat, portable crib, diapers safe sleep kit - halo sleep sack, sooth pacifier, infant sleep guidelines and education, baby monitor
  • Farm fresh produce delivered for up to 3 months, organic baby food, or home delivered meals as directed by case managers
Learning and Employment
  • Tutoring and Youth Club Membership to cover the costs of youth club memberships including Boys and Girls Scouts, Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCA, FFA, and 4H

  • Chromebooks for high school graduates

  • Workforce Development Support to include GED certification, uniform & attire, and industry certification assistance
  • Community Transportation - - rideshare gift cards to non-provider appointments. Transportation to drop off or pick up prescriptions and access community resources, events, and employment services
